This beautifully furnished, professionally decorated 3-story beach home of 3,100 square feet at 323A 43rd Street South — on a quiet, friendly street, only 6 houses from the lifeguard-protected beach, yet still only minutes from Atlantic City. It's the best of both worlds! With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, bedrooms on the first and third floors and a whole floor for gathering in between, the layout is ideal for large families or two families vacationing together — the ultimate beach-block getaway!

The 2nd floor is the heart of the house. A huge 22' x 20' living room greets you — relax on the sectional sofa with five recliners and enjoy a movie on the large TV. A large covered deck off the living room is perfect for outdoor dining. Cherry hardwood floors run throughout this floor into the state-of-the-art kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and cherry cabinets, fully stocked with cookware and dishware, plus a blender, toaster and food processor. The dining room features a wet bar and a large dining table seating 8 very comfortably — you can squeeze in 10 — with 2 more at the kitchen granite bar, so all 12 guests can dine together. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also on the 2nd floor, and a powder room completes the floor.
The 3rd floor offers a huge primary suite with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa with an Air Dream mattress, a sitting area and smart TV. It has a vaulted ceiling and a private deck with views out to the ocean, two large closets with California Closet systems, and a tiled primary bath with a jacuzzi tub, double sinks and a tiled shower. The second 3rd-floor bedroom is decorated in a "Tommy Bahama" style, with a twin daybed and twin pop-up trundle that create a king-size bed or separate into two twins. It features a Roku TV and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination.
The first floor offers a junior suite with a queen bed and a large custom closet, a wall-mounted Roku TV, and a hall bath with a tiled shower. The second 1st-floor bedroom is decorated in a nautical style, with two twin "boat beds" — one with a pull-out twin trundle, the other with a storage trundle — plus a couch that opens into a queen sleeper sofa, so the room comfortably sleeps 4-5 guests, and has a wall-mounted Roku TV. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and custom-designed California Closets to make your stay a pleasure! Outside, enjoy the outdoor shower and a Weber propane grill (propane provided) — perfect after a day on the beach.
For your convenience there are TVs with streaming in every bedroom, high-speed WiFi, and both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker. A full linen service is provided — all sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and kitchen towels.
